    This Niverplast packing line supplies your product to several packing positions. Here, either bulk products can be dropped into the box based on weight or fragile products can be packed manually based on the number of products. In this way, this line offers you great flexibility! Special attention is paid to an ergonomic working space: the boxes are supplied from above, boxes are taken by hand and placed on the packing table. When the box is filled, it is brought down by a small elevator and discharged towards the VarioSeal and taper. Finally, the closed box is checked for metal. A central control system and visualisation of warnings and machine functions makes the line easy to operate. All components are easy to access and clean or maintain.

    Metal detection on closed box

    After the box is labelled by a label printer & applicator, the filled boxes are checked for metal. Metal containing boxes are discharged onto a gravity roller conveyor. In this case the finished boxes are transported with a gravity roller conveyor to a manual palletizing area.
