This complete Niverplast packaging line for bread checks your bakery products for metal and visually on quality. Rejected products are discharged from the product flow. Conform products are passed and visually counted, separated into batches and packed into bag in box. All this with minimal falling height to protect your product! Thanks to the camera technology this line offers a great flexibility in product sizes and shapes. And with a capacity up to 60.000 pieces/hour! A central control system and visualisation of warnings and machine functions makes the line easy to operate. All components are easy to access and clean or maintain.
Box erecting & bag placing
The CombiPlast provides the line with bag in boxes. The boxes are accumulated before the filling points to ensure logistic efficiency.
Metal detection
Products are checked for metal. Detected products are discharged by a retracting belt and stored in a (lockable) bin.
Visual quality control
Rejected products are discharged by a retracting belt. Optionally single products can be taken out of the product flow. These are stored in a (lockable) bin.

Visual counting
Niverplast software virtually divides products in batches with sizes you wish. Offers great flexibility in product sizes and shapes thanks to camera technology.
Batch maker
The virtual distinguished batches are physically divided by retractable fingers.
Box loading system
Counted products are neatly placed in your bag in box. All with minimal height! In this case half or whole baguettes, are loaded in two filling positions to meet required production speed.
Bag sealer & box closer
The VarioSeal checkweighs the filled boxes. Rejected boxes are ejected. The bag is sealed (optionally printed) and finally the box is closed by the integrated taper (option). Your product is ready to be transported!
Bypass manual filling point
In case of emergencies Niverplast lines are always equipped with a bypass. This gives the possibility to continue the production process. Non-stop production is guaranteed! In this case bread is placed on a rotating table where the products can be packed by hand.

This Niverplast packing line supplies your product to several packing positions. Here, either bulk products can be dropped into the box based on weight or fragile products can be packed manually based on the number of products. In this way, this line offers you great flexibility! Special attention is paid to an ergonomic working space: the boxes are supplied from above, boxes are taken by hand and placed on the packing table. When the box is filled, it is brought down by a small elevator and discharged towards the VarioSeal and taper. Finally, the closed box is checked for metal. A central control system and visualisation of warnings and machine functions makes the line easy to operate. All components are easy to access and clean or maintain.

The boxes are ergonomically supplied to each packing position.
Product supply
The products are divided into several flows to supply each packing position. Depending on product sizes the conveyors can be equipped with nose bar transfers to ensure smooth product transportation.
Packing position

Metal detection on closed box
After the box is labelled by a label printer & applicator, the filled boxes are checked for metal. Metal containing boxes are discharged onto a gravity roller conveyor. In this case the finished boxes are transported with a gravity roller conveyor to a manual palletizing area.
Central control system
A central screen provides the workers with production data and visualisation of machine functions and warnings.
