Box loading without any falling height to protect your product
This unique machine offers you the solution to pack your fragile products without damaging it! Besides counted products it is also possible to fill your boxes or crates based on weight. The system consists of several filling positions according to your required production capacity. Each of these positions is supplied with your product and moves slowly downwards during the filling process. In this way the falling height is always minimized. When the desired weight is reached, the product flow is shortly stopped and your product is lowered to the bottom of the box before the product is unloaded.
The result: your boxes filled with your undamaged product!
Full automatic fish packing line
Combining packing- & weight based filling technology for a full automatic solution.
Feeding this line with your frozen fish straight from the freezer, plano’s and prefabricated bags, it provides you with filled and closed bag in box, ready to be transported! And all this without any falling height to protect your product!
Heart of this line is the filling hopper completely developed and build by Niverplast. This ingenious system does a weight based filling of your boxes without dropping the fish. This filling system can be equipped with several packing positions based on your desired production speed. The product flow is regulated by the hopper system: when the desired weight is reached the product flow is stopped. In case of emergencies a bypass possibility is provided to offer you a non-stop production process! A central control system and visualisation of warnings and machine functions makes the line easy to operate. All components are easy to access and clean or maintain.
Box erecting & bag placing
The CombiPlast provides the line with bag in boxes. The boxes are accumulated before the filling points to ensure logistic efficiency. In this case the line is equipped with two CombiPlasts to meet the required capacity.
Hopper system
Product flow is divided over the hopper packing positions. Each packing position does a weight based box filling without damaging the product. In this case the hopper system is equipped with five packing positions to meet required production speed.
Bag sealer & box closer
The bag is sealed (optionally printed) and finally the box is closed by the integrated taper (option). Optionally the VarioSeal can be equipped with a checkweigher to check the filled boxes. Your product is ready to be transported! In this case the line is equipped with two VarioSeals to meet the required capacity.
Bypass manual filling point
In case of emergencies Niverplast lines are always equipped with a bypass. This gives the possibility to continue the production process. Non-stop production is guaranteed! In this case the fish is placed on a rotating table where the products can be packed by hand.
