Full automatic powder packing line
Combining packing- & weight based filling technology for a full automatic solution.
Feeding this line with your powder product at one or more filling positions, plano’s and prefabricated bags, it provides you with the desired weight of your product in a closed bag in box, ready to be transported!
This complete Niverplast packing line supplies your filling points with boxes, where your powder product is fed straight into the bag in box. The boxes are placed on a weighing conveyor which controls the product flow. To be sure about the filled weight the VarioSeal is equipped with the optional integrated checkweigher. If the weight is out of given boundaries, the box will be rejected so it can be adjusted before it is closed. You are sure the desired weight is packed! In this case, due to the capacity, the line is equipped with two CombiPlasts, divided in three filling points and afterwards back to two VarioSeals. A central control system and visualisation of warnings and machine functions makes the line easy to operate. All components are easy to access and clean or maintain.
Box erecting & bag placing
The CombiPlast provides the line with bag in boxes. The boxes are accumulated before the filling points to ensure logistic efficiency.
Weight based filling station
The box is filled with your powder product. The box is placed on a weighing conveyor which controls the product nozzle. To prevent the bag is dragged into the box, the filling station is equipped with a clamping unit to hold the bag in place. Furthermore the product in feed design minimizes product dust being released with the process.
Vibration unit
The filled boxes are clamped and shaken on a vibration unit, completely developed and build by Niverplast. This to settle the product level so the box can be closed without problems.
Bag sealer & box closer
The VarioSeal checkweighs the filled boxes. Rejected boxes are ejected. The bag is sealed (optionally printed) and finally the box is closed by the integrated taper (option). Your product is ready to be transported!
